Obligations Concerning Registration with (Offer@)

- Post any content that harms others when using it.

- Infringement of (Offer@) rights and interests, including patent rights, copyrights, secrets and trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights including website and application additions, updates and modifications.

Content Prohibited From Posting to (Offer@)

In order to preserve the level of services provided by (Offer@), any advertisement that contains one or more of the things prohibited below - for example but not limited to - will be deleted directly or indirectly once the prohibited has been identified, and (Offer@) reserves his full rights to take appropriate measures against the account owner such as deleting it completely and any contents it was published through it and also taking legal measures and informing the competent authorities to implement the necessary law in that country:-

- Alcoholic beverages, wines, tobacco products, drugs, psychotropic substances, intoxicants, medicines, and analgesics.

- Nutritional supplements, slimming products and cosmetic creams, unless we provided with a copy of the approval of the Food and Drug General Authority for trading these products in that country.

- Human organs and related matters.

- Prostitution or any other services, including it, violate the provisions of the law in an immoral manner or improper representation of women, which would violate contemporary standards of morality and ethics in Arab societies.

- Religious articles, including books, antiques, etc., or any information or description of any of these materials that affects the religious feelings of any person or group.

- Sexual gadgets and insinuations or reproduction of genitals, etc.

- Antiquities or treasures that are not allowed to be traded under any applicable law.

- Counterfeit or stolen goods or illegal and unauthorized services.

- Goods, materials and services that violate the intellectual property rights of any third party, or even the privacy of any other person.

- Flammable and dangerous substances such as fireworks, explosives, etc.

- All gambling-related services including lottery tickets, betting and slot machines.

- Police and military equipment, including badges, uniforms, coats, and other prohibited materials.

- Post advertisements to sites or companies competing with (Offer@).

- Weapons of all shapes, such as firearms, ammunition, and sharp objects.

- Hierarchical marketing services and schemes to defraud users.

- Endangered animals or ferocious animals.

- Post any advertisements on behalf of other parties except with the written permission or license of the party itself.

Accordingly, (Offer@) advises its users to report any problem, fraud or inappropriate content that is observed in order to maintain the level of services provided and take all appropriate measures against abusers to preserve the rights of (Offer@) and the rights of other users.

(Offer@) also advises its users to file a complaint with the police against any fraud that occurs to them and is ready to provide the police with any information available to it that serves the investigation, based on an official request from them.

Liability Limits for (Offer@)

- (Offer@) is just a mediator through which the best offers of the sellers are shown to be used by the buyers and therefore it is not responsible for any content published by other users as it is not responsible for the accuracy of existing ads or means of communication or the extent of safety or even compliance with the laws in it, because most of what is published is by users. With the commitment of (Offer@) to take all appropriate measures towards any content that is inconsistent with what has been mentioned above, for example but not limited to the obligations to use the services of (Offer@) and the content prohibited to be published, as soon as it is noticed or as a result of reporting it.

- (Offer@) is not responsible for buying and selling operations that takes place between users and any damages resulting from it.

- (Offer@) does not guarantee continuous access to the services it provides as a result of any circumstances, reasons, events, or other matters beyond its reasonable control, such as the internet interruption or as a result of the weak internet of the user, and it is not responsible for any damage, delay or failure in perform any of our obligations under the terms of use listed here.

- (Offer@) is not responsible for your failure to accept or review any changes and / or updates that it makes to the privacy policy and / or terms and conditions after reporting it in one of the ways shown below as you are responsible for reviewing these changes and / or updates. Your continued use of our services through the website and / or application (which appears through your access to your account) after reporting any changes and / or updates, or asking for click to agree to continue, is considered your acceptance of these changes.

Dispute Resolution and Waiver of Lawsuits
